Orders placed between July 27 and August 6 with a Colissimo delivery method will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
All other orders placed between these dates will be shipped from August 11th.
Orders placed between August 14 and August 30, 2019 will be shipped from September 2, 2019.
When will I receive my order ?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends, holidays, and exceptional closing indicated on the site). We will notify you by email as soon as your parcel ships and you will receive a tracking number to keep informed of its delivery (valid for delivery modes which include a tracking number).

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method you have chosen:

* For delivery outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer: the products are billed excluding tax. On parcel delivery, La Poste or the postal office of the country of destination may request the collection of customs clearance fees and customs duties and local taxes. It is the responsibility of the consignee to pay customs clearance fees and local customs duties and taxes of the country of destination.

How to return my order?

It makes us a little sad to see you change your mind, but it happens.
Provided that the products are still in their original packaging and that they have not been used, altered, damaged or soiled, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery.

Ramdam Dlx is a very small company, and we can not yet offer free returns (find out more). Any return should be sent at your expense to the following address: Ramdam Dlx, 4 villa Borrégo, 75020 Paris, France.
The products must be accompanied by the order number that was indicated in the order confirmation email.

In case of return of damaged goods, Ramdam Dlx will return them to you and you will be held to pay the shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, you will be informed by email of the processing of your request. Ramdam Dlx reserves the right to refuse a return in the following cases:

  • the return was made too late, the right of withdrawal has not been exercised within fourteen (14) working days.
  • the return is non-compliant since the products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Ramdam Dlx agrees to refund the returned products that comply with the terms set out above, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your return. A confirmation email will be sent to you. You will be refunded the full amount of the returned products excluding shipping costs. If you wish to exchange, it will be necessary to request a refund and place a new order.
